This Balanced meal plan includes 5 breakfast, 5 lunch, 5 dinner meals and 10 snacks. This plan is approximately 1800 calories per day. It is designed to help you gain muscles and support your weight by consuming portion- controlled ingredients, healthy fats, high-fiber vegetables and wholesome foods. We recommend consuming each meal 2 – 3 hours apart from each other and a snack in between with plenty of water to keep your body hydrated.
