The perfect way to start your morning! Our breakfast plate includes golden brown hash browns with onions and peppers, fluffy scrambled eggs, and perfectly baked turkey bacon.
TUESDAY
Breakfast Omelet
High protein breakfast that includes a rich feta cheese omelet served with golden roasted sweet potatoes and a side of pico de gallo.
WEDNESDAY
Waffle Breakfast Pizza
A golden homemade waffle topped with turkey bacon, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes and lots of melty cheese.
THURSDAY
Spaghetti Pancakes
Fun twist on our traditional pancakes. Our pancake batter is cooked to resemble “spaghetti” adding a fun new way to enjoy our delicious pancakes. Served with homemade chicken meatballs.

Pan de Bono Waffles
Cheesy waffle served with a dulce de leche Greek yogurt, melon, and maple syrup.

Tender and juicy chicken breast marinated in a zesty blend of chili and lime, that will tantalize your taste buds. Served with green jasmine rice and guandules guisado “ stewed pigeon pea”.
TUESDAY
Skinny Chicken Birria Tacos
Chicken slow-cooked in a rich and aromatic broth infused with a blend of spices. Served on a warm tortilla with mozzarella cheese and a side of pico de gallo and birria sauce.

Cerdo Al Caldero
Slow cooked pork “al caldero” served with moro de guandules “Rice with Pigeon Peas” and spinach.

Baked chicken breast infused with a medley of fresh herbs. Served with seasonal roasted vegetables.
